Guaranteed income projects offer counterbalance to the pervasive weight of income inequality. By providing reliable, regular, and relatively long-term financial support to households with low income, guaranteed income projects can help reduce financial uncertainty, increase a sense of self-efficacy, and protect potentially vulnerable populations.
