Philipp Koellinger

Philipp Koellinger is Professor of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and also holds an appointment at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Department of Economics. His research investigates how genes influence economic behavior, and how insights into the genetic architecture of behavioral outcomes can inform social and medical research. His work also explores how the brain mediates relationships between genes and human behavior. He is one of the principal investigators and co-founders of the Social Science Genetic Association Consortium (SSGAC), the BIG BEAR Consortium, and the Externalizing Consortium.
