Since the spring of 2020, human service providers have made large changes in the way they have delivered services to their clients, particularly when it comes to virtual interactions. In this webinar, we assess what worked well, what didn’t, and how lessons learned over the course of the pandemic can help to inform approaches to meeting client needs in a post-pandemic world. We hear from Annette Waters of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at HHS, Matthew Lyons of the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA), and Nadeem Siddiqi of the Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency.
