Kristen Voskuil

Ms. Voskuil has been an Associate Researcher and data manager for the Medicaid/BadgerCare evaluation team since 2009, first with the UW Population Health Institute and joining IRP in 2019.  Ms. Voskuil previously worked for the Tobacco Surveillance and Evaluation program at the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center as an Assistant Researcher where she contributed towards an evaluation of Wisconsin’s Tobacco Quit Line and a report on the impact of tobacco use in Wisconsin counties. Prior to that she spent five years at Dean Health Insurance as a clinical analyst working with the chronic disease management program, utilization management program, Dean Badgercare and Medicaid products and drug utilization with Dean’s sister organization, Navitus.

Ms. Voskuil has also worked as an Assistant Researcher at the Center for Health Systems Research and Analysis (CHSRA) working as a part of a team to both develop new measures and monitor existing benchmarks of quality in long-term care facilities. Ms. Voskuil holds a Masters of Arts degree in Public Policy Analysis from the La Follette Institute of Public Affairs (currently the La Follette School of Public Affairs).
