Jennifer Noyes

Noyes, Vice Provost for Academic Operations in the UW–Madison Office of the Provost, focuses on administrative, operational, financial, and curricular matters under the Provost’s direction, including coordination and augmentation of operational efficiencies of school and college interactions and communications with the Provost’s Office. She is a distinguished researcher with, and former associate director of, the UW–Madison Institute for Research on Poverty. Previously, she was Associate Dean for Operations and Staff in the UW–Madison College of Letters & Science, a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute Welfare Policy Center, and helped lead several WI state agencies.
