Noyes is Interim Chief of Staff in the Chancellor’s Office. She is a distinguished researcher with, and former associate director of, the UW–Madison Institute for Research on Poverty. Previously, she was Associate Dean for Operations and Staff in the UW–Madison College of Letters & Science, a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute Welfare Policy Center, and helped lead several WI state agencies.
