Lisa Klein Vogel is a Research Scientist at the University of Wisconsin (UW) Institute for Research on Poverty (IRP). She studies policies and programs that affect Wisconsin families, including child support. She is also the IRP Project Manager for the Child Support Policy Research Agreement (CSRA) between IRP and the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, and she oversees IRP’s Court Record Data collection team. Lisa holds a PhD in Social Welfare and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s Sandra Rosenbaum School of Social Work.
