The Use of Child Support Guidelines in Wisconsin: 2007 to 2009

In this report we present such an analysis, examining the extent to which the amount of child support orders in Wisconsin conform to Wisconsin’s child support guidelines, and identifying case characteristics associated with deviations from the guidelines.
